This post would likely be at least soft censored by Facebook (which should stand for Federal Bureau though I'm glad Zuck finally took a stand) which is why I'm publishing it here on Substack. The censorship pressure campaign is now being applied to AI. It seeks to quash anyone who dissents from their radical and censorious worldview. All of the major AI companies are being subjected to it, if not outright complicit in it. This is what "AI safety" means in practice. Censorship is as old as the hills. Galileo was punished for his views about the earth revolving around the sun. His works were eventually removed from the Index of Forbidden Books in 1835.

Where is the justice? If you are on the side of power, you can manipulate the outcome. This bleeds into the black ops hack against me (which my legal team confirmed) in 2016 where the founder of cryptocurrency exchange Cryptsy was accused of embezzling the funds. I hired a top legal team and after months of investigation, it was found he was killed and what became my 9-figure dollar sum of coins became property of US government. But this did not stop the Department of Justice from publishing a piece against the founder of Cryptsy to put the last nail in his coffin. They used a hack he tried to cover up from two years prior. It was wrong to cover it up, but he was making good on it since Cryptsy was the fastest growing exchange at the time, an early Binance with the most trading pairs. Nevertheless, the DoJ used the hack to make it look like he also embezzled funds.
Life can be hard on whistleblowers as revealed in the video in the X link above. My past whistleblowing against sexual extortion jeopardised my reputation by way of a false news article. Ironically, bad actors have used the smear piece to discredit me because the one common thread is that these bad actors have committed vile crimes of which I am aware. Anthony Christian (cancelled due to his whistle blowing of the corrupt art auction process in the world of art as well as the elevation of erotic art, removed from Wikipedia and dozens of other sites)
George Eby (reputationally and financially ruined- Dr Eby's Cold Cure zinc acetate lozenges- I used them for years until they were removed from the market)
Laura Brown (killed by CIA for her stem cell technology in early 2000s which removed the need for chemo in 9/10 cases)
Jakub (weapon at a distance aggressive leukaemia- a wunderkind overseeing game changing technologies that would hurt big pharma and big business interests)
James (attempts on his life - keeps very low profile- brilliant scientist involved in bleeding edge tech)
Mark Stewart (attempts on his life- best connected to game changers who have been oppressed)
among others who were prosecuted and persecuted for their whistleblowing or for their technologies which threatened big profits from established players.
And therein lies two of the three key reasons I wrote my latest book:
1) to help those overcome health issues and address big pharma corruption
2) to help those who have been falsely accused or are facing deep injustice
3) to provide immediate and long term solutions by way of decentralized technology (e/acc, AI, BTC, web3) and spiritual methods such as meditation, yoga, and H'oponopono along with deep discussion of spiritual luminaries such as Sadhguru, Michael Singer, Neale Donald Walsh, Bashar, Gabor Mate, Yogananda, Marisa Peer, David King, and Gautama Buddha, among others. I do a summary of each providing my takeaways from each that benefited me. Studies have shown adopting various spiritual practices mentioned in my book greatly improves one's biomarkers such as HRV and inflammation. Autoimmune diseases which now affect more than 1/4 of the planet can be cured despite the medical establishment saying they are incurable.
There is no bad
That said, I see all challenges as opportunities for growth so I welcome and give thanks to all bad actors. I am grateful because it creates challenge in this game of life and shapes us like a sculptor shapes a block of clay. Who would want to play a game where it's always an easy win? I therefore find it primitive, low budget, and low frequency to take revenge against bad actors. Instead, I hope each finds their path that helps transform them into good actors. I hold no ill will and always forgive so I've even helped certain bad actors become good if given the chance. As General Sham taught me and to use a phrase my favorite gonzo journalist who exposes corruption, the Banksy of journalism, uses often, "Divine spirit is the valedictorian of justice."
I have waited nearly a quarter century to share what really happened to me which may create challenges as the wheels of injustice turn and wet work is standard (I will never commit suicide but maybe "suicided" just as happened to Aaron Swartz) but as FIRE (Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression) who fights for free speech and stands against censorship says, if they die trying, at least they died honourably. Spiritual growth is why each of us is here so money, power, and reputation matter little compared to one’s spiritual evolution.
My first mega-crisis
Years ago, I was featured in Chapter 1 of Kevin Marder's book "Conversations with Top Traders" because I had the highest returns in the stock market in the United States so became a target. This motivated a false accusation against me nearly a quarter century ago about a year after "Conversations with Top Traders" was published. It was your standard extortion but with a unique wrinkle. A series of events including actions on behalf of my own attorney which should have gotten him disbarred transformed the false accusation into a full blown case which was all about how to get at my substantial stock market profits. In consequence, there was gross prosecutorial misconduct despite my innocence. In my case, my accuser was shown to have sexually assaulted many others based on 16 witness statements. The parents used this to extort other wealthy victims claiming their son had been abused. When this came to light, the prosecution, instead of going after any of the family members, covered up their felonies which is a felony. A known producer in Hollywood wanted to make a docudrama about my ordeal but I was told this would be a very bad idea since I emerged unharmed with my record clean.
In consequence, I was going to sue the city for many millions, so the system did everything it could to prevent me from doing this. Prosecution forced me to take a plea which would be dismissed along with all charges in this highly unusual agreement. In return, the case would end and my record would remain clean as long as I took the temporary plea and agreed not to sue the city. I could therefore get on with my life unhampered. Otherwise it would be at least another year out of my life, a trial, and no guaranteed outcome since trials are often won at jury selection. Innocence and guilt play a minimal role. Rather, trials are a roll of the dice as has been detailed by various Ivy League professors of law. Indeed, shortly after this ordeal ended with my record clean I was able to run a regulated hedge fund in the EU then a hedge fund in the US regulated by the SEC, and published books with Wiley & Sons including an Amazon #1 bestseller, among other things. Nevertheless, this ordeal left me with a deep sense of injustice.
This happens more than we think
What happened to me was similar to the false accusation against the renowned spiritual figure Michael Singer who was forced into an agreement so he too could not sue because the prosecution had horribly mishandled the case as detailed in his spiritual classic, "The Surrender Experiment". His book has helped me and many others through dark times. Martin Armstrong was another victim of deep injustice so was falsely accused of financial crimes. False accusers pay no price. Garth Ancier who was president of NBC Entertainment and falsely accused then exonerated pushed for legal reforms but nothing came of it. A childhood friend Roy Price was also falsely accused so had to step down as the head of Amazon Studios, so he wrote a brilliant piece
where it is estimated more than 1/3 of those accused in the #metoo movement were innocent. Follow the money trail. Wealthy individuals are prone in the states. Of course, the deepest empathies to anyone who was abused. WE ARE IN DIRE NEED TO CLEAN UP BOTH SIDES OF THE COIN FROM THE ABUSERS TO THE FALSE ACCUSERS.
In an unrelated but similar more recent matter, one bad actor who sexually abused a friend of mine who was underage at the time already tried to ruin my reputation using that false smear piece from this old case to discredit me in case we were to go to the police. His actions have been slanderous.
Another bad actor twisted what I shared with her about what I said about some of my past friendships into something heinous then spread it around claiming I said such heinous things to her. I was shocked and confronted her. This is an individual who had been recently carted off by ambulence at Estonia's Solsticium annual event from a drug overdose. I told her in no uncertain terms she better get help because she's not only hurting herself but hurting me and potentially others by spreading such disinformation. Then it happened. A few weeks later, she sexually traumatized a close friend of mine who looks about 15 or 16 years old because he's small and youthful but is actually 25 years old having defied the test of time. She forced herself sexually onto him on the dance floor at this party putting her hands where they shouldnt go repeatedly to where he pushed away breaking free then left the party. A mutual friend of the victim's showed me the text between him and the victim. I removed the names for privacy.

Abused youth
The deep irony of guilty actors trying to discredit me using a false smear piece or twisting my words then sexually assaulting someone underage or appearing to be underage is not lost on me. It seems one of my soul's callings is to continue to be what Shaan, my Oxford University graduate friend I met in Pretoria, South Africa once said to me: "You are the anti-pied piper to teens. You see how many cultures deny them rights and you see it is only getting worse. Record suicide and rates of depression are the evidence. You know how you can make transformational change but you also know what you are culturally up against." Well, he said this several years ago. Such stats show depression and suicide are far worse now then back then. But this is not the first time youth have been compromised and mistreated. Back in the 1960s, Mao sent 19 million educated youth to rural areas to engage in hard labor because this was the demographic who could most likely overthrow his corrupt regime. Today, it is the UK who are imprisoning youth via sex crimes. It is illegal to have sex under age 16 in the UK so two 15 year olds would go to jail. Two 17 year olds who sext each other are guilty of disseminating and possessing child pornography. An alarming number of underage are now sex offenders using weaponized laws that were meant to protect the underage. Many reddit sites had popped up over the years with 16 and 17 year olds expressing hopelessness about life because they are now sex offenders. First and last time
In an unrelated matter, another individual who invested in our company made a threat recently to use this case against me to cover up his own alleged crimes based on scores of user accusations, one whom I know who had his assets frozen by his company. So it now makes sense that this investor has stopped at nothing to throw me under the bus. I have been told by our legal team his actions constitute slander and libel. There are also online screenshots which our lawyers have saved which are libellous. The dispute arose because he thought his money would be invested in “X” but was invested in “Y”. I had my first ever health scare in 2023 so allowed a business partner to take control. I agreed with the partner to invest the investor’s funds in an area that was within the contractual agreement because the normal crypto market was less than ideal at that time in 2023. I was told by legal and the other co-founder what to write since legal is not my area at all and always had a rule not to communicate directly with any investor since it can impact my investment psychology. But I broke this rule with this person because he used to be a friend. Shame on me. Any communication was minimal but still answered the investor's questions. The investor then became slanderous and extortive on social media and email.
These three bad actors could be charged with slander and/or libel.
But I am unlikely to take that course since it is a form of revenge which is low frequency (though my family may do what they do). Rather, I send love to all bad actors, and apply Ho'oponopono which says anytime I see something negative in my life, I know I created it so I say to myself, "I'm sorry, I love you." It is taking full responsibility for everything in one's reality which includes awareness of corruption, genocides, starvation, and homelessness.
