Free speech, people’s liberties is under attack all across the globe while personal and economic rights are being crippled via central banksters and governing bodies:

Those who support ESG, DEI, virtue signalling, regulatory capture, quantitative easing, central banking, and wokeness are divisive, hateful, and corrupt, cloaked in an armor of false virtue. They hold positions of power in the US, UK, and EU. They would not retain control if they allowed free speech and free markets. Their central banks steal as much money as possible from the masses by way of quantitative easing in all its forms, ie, the creation of fiat which devalues fiat. In consequence, the middle class has been largely destroyed with most relegated to the lower class, and the lower class pushed into poverty or homelessness which is at all-time highs. 80% of those in these countries live paycheck-to-paycheck. Only the top 10% own assets such as real estate, stocks, and bitcoin. These top 10% get enriched due to these assets continuing to hit new price highs.
Singularly, these originally democratic nations have become wholly undemocratic:

Big Tech cancelling those who are in violation of its 'community standards'

Imprisoning people for tweets that expose what a government wishes to conceal (eg the mass riots in the UK)
Blowing up Nordstream, then covering it up
Funding COVID-19, then hiding that too
Fomenting war, cold war, and social unrest everywhere
Those who hold high position in these countries are more interested in stealing money from the people via $100B trains to nowhere than in any kind of genuine public service. Those at the top forced the printing of money which produced billions for unions and zero miles of rail.

Like the Communist Party, many who hold positions of power act like a pack of government criminals in the name of 'your protection'.
Such was the excuse used to weaponize terrorism resulting in the Patriot Acts.
Such was the excuse used to protect us from 'reefer madness' back in the day when marijuana was considered the devil's drug.
Such was the excuse used to weaponize communism during the Red Scare which ruined the careers of many.
Such was the excuse used to weaponize drugs resulting in the 'Just Say No' campaign and the imprisonment of millions for the use of marijuana.
Such was the excuse during Prohibition when alcohol was weaponized.
Such is the excuse with AI-generated illegal porn which is turning students into sex offenders before their lives have even begun.

Such is the excuse in the UK who illegalized some forms of manga, all forms of BDSM, criminalized sex under age 16, categorized a fully clothed male who appears under the age of 18 who is grabbing his crotch as a form of child p*rn.
These laws are killing the demographic they were meant to protect. This is like Mao's China where he prosecuted, jailed, or exiled 19 million privileged, educated youth because this was the demographic most likely to overthrow his corrupt regime.
e/acc vs. EA
Tech continues to grow exponentially while personal inner work had lagged far behind until recently. In is the only way out. Self-realization is hard. Our ego blinds us.
Some decades ago, we used to think there were only a number of galaxies. Now, we realize there are at least billions of galaxies. Eventually, it will be trillions. The number of lifeforms across the multidimensional multiverse seems infinite. This shows our egos are infinitesimal. Yet our souls are part of the great creator, so each of us is all powerful. Nevertheless, our egos keep us detached from and ignorant of this power and instead imprison us in a lower consciousness where:

relativistic morality plagues college campuses and institutions where the oppressed group is always assumed to be in the right even though a far more accurate measure would be on absolute morality where it is asked whether the oppressed group is doing good or harm which, when unasked, has created atrocious behavior such as anti-semitism

racist DEI where race means more than merit
ESG which employs bad science to justify alarming regulations which drive up inflation, stifles innovation, and leads to lower rates of growth thus postponing solutions to major world challenges

It's easy to buy into the "everything is wrong" belief. But higher frequency (the good) will win in the end. It always does.
First the bad then the good because bad always leads to good and these days, at a much faster rate due to the exponential growth of technology.

decentralized bitcoin separates money from state
more decentralized communication and information available to more than ever in history despite government attempts to censor/block/ban (Musk’s X enabled truth telling)
more productivity/time created and saved via generative AI, apps, automation, services
So everything is as it should be. There is no bad. How we choose to perceive a situation determines whether it raises or lowers our frequency, ie, whether we perceive it as good or bad. So as Gautama Buddha and Sadhguru have said, choosing to see everything as good is a learning experience therefore an opportunity to grow. As Jocko Willink has said, no matter what life throws at you, always react with “good”. Since we each have a soul contract, do not see anyone or anything as bad. It may be in one's soul contract to have raped, stolen, or killed but this ultimately benefited the whole. Hitler is seen as evil as are other genocidal dictators but death is manmade. Hitler had one of the heaviest soul contracts to do what he did, to be hated as much as he was and is hated. But it was for the best because it raised awareness. Hitler was the ultimate black hat hacker. The system, ie, humanity needs such hackers because it strengthens humanity just as hackers uncover weaknesses in a system.
Humanity faces more challenges in the coming years as things crescendo then climax, but that is how humanity improves and evolves. Life is fractal. Life is a game. We have fun creating challenging situations through sports and strategy games. Likewise, life often challenges each of us though we may not see such challenges as fun. Such challenges could be extreme such as being raped, being falsely imprisoned, being diagnosed with inoperable cancer, or losing a loved one. The key is to see all challenges as a game to be played. The more one is challenged, the more one can learn thus evolve.
We assume the creator of all that exists, seen and unseen, is perfect. Nothing created the creator because the creator, like time, has always been. There is no beginning nor ending. God is infinite. It is more likely the creator is imperfect so wants to improve. Since each of us is a piece of the creator, a piece of God, shining our light from each micro faceted mirror of that infinitely large disco ball, we each have a soul contract to fulfill which helps each of us grow spiritually. This in turn helps the creator learn more about itself while the whole evolves. We are all one.
The slow creep to slavery
But the current state of the world exists because the wiring of our brains evolved around fear and scarcity that made us fit for survival 100,000 years ago but not today. More than ever before, our senses bring in way more information than we can meaningfully process in our brains. MSM knows this. The old newsroom adage, "If it bleeds, it leads" holds true. As a result, our brains take shortcuts in an effort to manage this information overload, shortcuts that lead to something known as “negative cognitive biases”. In consequence, we routinely pay 10 times more attention to negative news than positive news. Politicians who wish to get reelected know this. Indeed, it is a slow creep from freedom to authoritarian control as fears are stirred into a frenzy which motivates the passage of rights crippling laws.
"Nothing to fear but fear itself"
Witch hunts are born from fear. Sex, drugs, communism, terrorism, and pedophilia among other controversial and weaponized topics all have this in common. We even see countless examples of less controversial issues that were made controversial over the centuries. At one time, Walkman headphones were considered dangerous because they would lead to "social disconnect" and "intellectual stunting". These fears resulted in regulatory actions across numerous states imposing restrictions on using the Walkman. Woodbridge, New Jersey enacted a law with hefty penalties, making headlines globally. An act of defiance against this law by Oscar Gross, a retiree, gained national attention, highlighting the absurdity of the regulations. However, a tragedy involving a pedestrian wearing a Walkman while crossing the street exacerbated public fears. This was akin to the passage of the Rave Act in 2001 which destroyed our ability to assemble, violating the first amendment. This was all due to the disproportionately small number of rave casualties, far less than the same number of people going out to bars or clubs.
The Rave Act meant that anyone who held a gathering would be legally responsible for anyone who brought or did anything illegal at the event. In consequence, event throwers got long prison sentences as the felonies mounted.
Looking back today, these concerns appear overblown and highlight the importance of placing modern-day moral panics in a historical perspective. Yet, authoritarianism continues to gain control over our freedoms.
The divisive and hateful call-out, cancel, censorship culture must be transformed into the right to express oneself even if some people's feelings get hurt. As so astutely pointed out by Rick on "Rick & Morty", "the species that communicates with each other through the filter of other's comforts are less evolved than the ones that just communicate! Maybe your problems are your own to deal with, and maybe the public giving a sh!t about your feelings is a one-way ticket to extinction!"
Indeed, this pampering, coddling, overparenting culture as described by renowned psychologists such as Jonathan Haidt is turning the next generation into daffodils who have not developed the necessary defense mechanisms to cope with life. Covid masks weakened our immune systems; overparenting weakens a young person's social abilities and natural defense mechanisms. A muscle that is not worked or challenged eventually atrophies.
SOLUTION: e/acc’s Web3, AI, + blockchain = stalemate to centralized corporations and governments
All forms of government from democracy to dictatorships degrade. The question of whether anarcho-capitalism is a better choice has a quick answer. Human beings repeat political cycles going back thousands of years because of their nature. Anarcho-capitalism may start out in a manner where human beings self-organize with checks and balances and counterbalances to sustain itself, but ultimately, people would reorganize into minarchies then into states then back into nation-state governments as power finds its way back into corrupt structures. Thus the cycle would repeat. Decentralized web3 network state is the first technology platform of its kind that stands a chance to break this cycle.
Decentralized technologies like blockchain and web3 have the potential to disrupt this cycle by creating new models of governance and decision-making that are more transparent, secure, and resistant to corruption. Decentralized systems rely on distributed networks of nodes rather than on a single central authority, making them less susceptible to control by any one individual or group. Additionally, the use of smart contracts and other automated mechanisms can help ensure that decisions are made in a fair and predictable manner, without the need for intermediaries. Furthermore, the decentralized nature of web3 technologies allows for greater participation and involvement from individuals and communities, which can help to prevent the concentration of power and promote more democratic decision-making processes. This could potentially lead to more sustainable and equitable outcomes, as opposed to the traditional top-down approach of centralized governments. Of course, there are still many challenges and uncertainties surrounding the development and adoption of decentralized technologies, and it remains to be seen whether they will ultimately succeed in breaking the cycle of political systems that degrade. However, it's clear that these technologies have the potential to fundamentally change the way we think about governance and decision-making, and could potentially pave the way for more sustainable and equitable societies in the future.
Tokens are the oil in the blockchain virtual machine. Web3 has the potential to unlock a more valuable internet for everyone. New companies can build on web3 infrastructure to create communities around their brands and product concepts much more easily than in previous iterations of the web. Even established platforms can leverage these forces by plugging into blockchain-based content networks and giving their users some ownership over their data. Meanwhile, anyone can build on any platform as web3 carries the properties of composability. All of this means that the next era of the web will likely look a lot different, and be far more open and even faster growing than the one we’re living with today. It underscores the concept that none of us is as smart as all of us.
The (r)evolution will not be centralized.™ The web3 network state has no central banks nor dominant centralized systems of governance nor big tech, big pharma, big nation-states, big <fill in the blank> that can control your movements, restrict your ability to transact value, or freeze your assets. The end result is a trustless, uncensorable, secure, composable, and private world of exponential growth.
It’s good when the citadels of truth and benevolent power coincide. Web3 ensures that. We can protect the balance of nature through mathematics which spawns technology. Humans are incredibly inventive so always rise to the occasion. ESG (environment, social, governance) is leftist evil as it allegedly stands for helping the planet but its second order effects are hugely damaging to innovation and have contributed largely to global inflation by crippling innovation while hampering progress. Most leftists cant see beyond the first order.
With web3, we are already creating decentralized media that’s not owned by any single entity that cannot be suppressed or shut down. This will slowly drain power from big tech social media platforms and governments.
The combination of Web3/metaverse, AI, and blockchain technologies hold great potential to create decentralized systems that are far superior to existing centralized systems. Together, they form e/acc which is a set of ideas and practices that seek to maximize the probability of the technocapital singularity, and subsequently, the ability for emergent consciousness to flourish. This is the opposite of EA which leads to “decel” or deceleration. AI and large language models (LLMs) can lead to a post-scarcity technological utopia. This concept is similar to my coining of ExpoTech (technologies growing at an exponential rate) back in 2017 when blockchain started to provide larger utility, and when AI started to gain traction in the news on almost a daily basis.
People trying to regulate AI are regulating the free exercise of mathematics
These are innumerate people writing legislation
“If you limit computers and computation, you’ve removed the last source of innovation in our society.”

No private-sector innovation is allowed
Human freedom is completely curtailed
No new forms of mathematics can emerge

e/acc vs EA - part 2
There is a strong correlation between coming from wealth and being EA/EA-adjacent/Decel. There is therefore a strong correlation between not coming from wealth and being e/acc. Growth and disruption represents opportunity for the ascending class. The latter is what old money fears and aims to prevent. In consequence, Decels/incumbents are against entropy/variance as it risks disrupting existing power structures. New entrepreneurs trying to build something novel in the world seek freedom to explore and find new techno-capital optima that will yield wealth. Thus to generalize, boomers who often hold the most political or corporate power tend to be EA while millenials and younger tend to be e/acc. The EA/Decels have to convince themselves they are the heroes to avoid facing the fact they are actually the villains suppressing innovation and prosperity.
Effective altruism (EA) can’t win over e/acc. The AI safety industry is just a pretense for securing more control. If we only focus on the terminator effect with AGI and bio/nuclear weapons ending us all, we decimate and demoralise ourselves by obsessing over it. In parallel, the overparenting epidemic is turning the next generation into fear mongering parrots where parents download their fears onto their children.
e/acc wants what is best for humanity over the long term. It's in the interest of all nations to accelerate technologies and not end up with a decel oligopoly that we see today- a platform of people with too much money and power well into their declining years that aim to control and maintain the status quo because it is to their immense, self-centered benefit. Such demographics fail to grasp cutting edge technologies. Those such as Warren Buffett are certainly not immune to a brain that is stuck in the past so can no longer see the exponential benefits of e/acc.
Calling e/acc a movement that has to be suppressed tells us there are Decel puppet strings being pulled in the backend. Indeed, EA is anti-science. Nevertheless governments who control MSM shape cultural narrative. EA/leftists/flat-earthers believe that:
slavery and re-education of people that the elite don’t agree with is good
segregation is good
grades are bad
advanced math and science courses are discriminatory
to be chosen by race/creed/sexuality/sex is more important than merit
it is okay for the government to censor free speech
it is okay for the government to partner with corporations and disenfranchise political opponents
it is okay for the government to use its power to target political opponents even if using that power is unconstitutional
that guns need to be controlled
limits to free speech
directed competition rather than free and open competition
camping and pooping on city streets/parks is a benefit by getting back to our natural roots
Free thinkers are dangerous to governments because they cant be controlled. Here are some key reasons that humanity is being crippled (and not just the US):
1) Politicized public education
2) Groupthink amongst elite universities
3) Ray Dalio's deep study showing the world is at the 11th hour in the long term debt cycle where the country in pole position ceases to lead due to revolution and global war
4) ESG, DEI, regulatory capture and bad science all which drives inflation which increases the divide between the few remaining haves and the countless have-nots. The middle class is being selectively destroyed thus the homeless crisis
5) Deep corruption among the 3-lettered agencies (NSA, FBI, CIA) who hold the real power as detailed by Snowden
6) Social media thought control. TikTok as the worst offender as intentioned by China.
7) Big pharma which benefits from stress-related and often incurable autoimmune diseases such as diabetes as well as record levels of anxiety and depression. Vicious cycles abound such as people who are poorly educated become numbers in a job which makes them exhausted so they barely have enough to afford fast food which is largely responsible for the obesity crisis whose victims often turn to drugs and alcohol.
8 ) Younger being told they are fragile while being bombarded with dire news including pedoscares and human trafficking making them feel powerless which triggers record levels of anxiety, depression, and suicide. So many need male influence but broken families where the father is out of the picture and 75%/25% male/female teacher ratio in public schools make for lost youth. 41% of Brits under age 21 are on prescription anti-depressants among other shocking statistics as I cited with references in Chapter 0.
I do believe the e/acc movement is the way forward. The many problems tech creates are overshadowed by the benefits it brings. This has always been the case. Yet governments often slow progress by way of corrupt bureaucratic laws to keep the largest companies and people in power. What we need is spiritual growth that accompanies this technological growth. Luminaries such as Michael Singer, Yogananda, and Sadhguru aim to spread spiritual growth using tech. The Sadhguru app has been transformational for millions.
Making truth economic
The ultimate goal is to maximize personal and economic freedoms, upheld by my relative Ryoma Sakamoto who reformed Japan in the 19th century, while minimizing casualties resulting from revolution or war. To achieve this goal, we need AI systems that recognize deep flaws and biases in human history and ideology. By using AI to verify truth versus lies in published articles and spoken words, we can hold writers, speakers, and publishers accountable for their content. Eventually, this truth-telling system could become a standard feature for all communication channels and social media platforms. Making truth economic would incentivize publishers and authors to report the truth. Authors who believe they accurately report the truth would achieve a high score which would help increase their readership. Authors or publications with low scores could be filtered out by the user’s settings. The corrupt citadels of misinformation and disinformation would become most uneconomic.
Blockchains enforce property rights and contract law without an intermediary. Cryptography can bind an AI so it cant cheat.
AI can contribute to the functionality of blockchain’s smart contracts by enabling advanced decision-making capabilities, such as data analysis, pattern recognition, and predictions. Moreover, generative AI can be combined with blockchain technology to create unique digital assets that can be monetized on a decentralized platform.
Meanwhile, Decels that hold high positions in the US government say, "We will protect you from AI” just as they said “We will protect you from terrorists” when they passed the rights crippling Patriot Acts. In reality, the US has gone from a hyperpower that wins everywhere without fighting to a declining power that fights everywhere without winning, burning trillions of dollars. This is one of the largest declines in human fortunes in history, even faster than the decline of the Roman Empire. The US nation-state is becoming a failure on numerous levels from healthcare to obesity to its food pyramid of propaganda to its “justice” system to soaring rates of anxiety and depression among younger people.
Instead, we must ascend the Kardashev gradient which measures a civilization's level of technological advancement based on energy consumption. This can provide a roadmap for AI progress and help us anticipate the challenges and opportunities at each stage. The Trump/Musk administration holds great promise as they support freedom of speech, freedom to transact, cryptotechnology, and less bureaucracy.
AI can understand ten levels deep
The reason why divisions exist between people’s views is often because of cultural conditioning, bad data, an incomplete contextual understanding, and mainstream media brainwashing.
To understand a complex issue, one needs to understand its history in context with other histories as well as its long term results taken in context with other results against other ideologies. I call this being able to understand an issue TEN levels deep.
Most people don’t have the interest, time, or perhaps bandwidth to understand a highly complex topic ten out of ten levels deep, so base their mistaken conclusions on a limited or erroneous dataset. Some get emotionally swayed further coloring their conclusions. MSM is expert at doing this to readers by taking isolated case examples then blanketing such atrocities to universal behaviour within a particular group. This has been done with drugs, sex, finances, and alleged acts of war among other topics. For example, one Jeffrey Epstein taints the many who prefer younger but would never hurt them just like one who prefers one’s age would never hurt them. Why would you harm someone you love? Epstein's criminal actions against minors create a negative association. This association might unfairly tarnish the reputation or judgment of others who have an attraction to younger adults but would never engage in illegal or harmful activities.
Parallel Scenario: Conversely, someone who only has relationships with peers might face similar misjudgements if one person in their group or with similar preferences turns out to be abusive or harmful. Their preference for age-similar partners does not inherently make them more likely to harm others, just as it doesn't for those who prefer younger partners legally.
In essence, the behavior of one individual should not define the morality or actions of a whole group with similar but legal and consensual partner preferences. However, due to high-profile cases like Epstein's, there's a tendency for society to generalize, leading to potential stigma or bias against those with different but non-illegal preferences.
This is how words such as pedophilia, terrorism, and capitalism become weaponized. This is how rights crippling laws are enacted. The Salem witch hunts were just the start. Over time, governments gain monopolistic control over people’s economic and personal freedoms. Eventually, there is revolution and war. Ray Dalio of Bridgewater illustrated this in his book by doing what I would call a “level 9.5/10” deep study of past cycles going back hundreds of years. It is one of the most complete works done that detail of why we have booms and busts, why leading currencies eventually fail, and revolution and war are the end result. Indeed, the lifetime of a leading reserve currency is typically 120 years or less. The dollar’s days are numbered but may take longer than some think to fall given the exponential technologies that contribute to productivity more so than ever before.
AI+Web3 can eventually make the atrocities of throwing innocent people under the bus, ruining their reputation, and/or incarcerating them a thing of the past. In time, such technologies could even prevent genocide by dictators by decentralizing power structures into network states such as I described here and here.
AGI (artificial general intelligence) could see which ideologies and systems of governance may result in the long term good for humanity. There may be multiple systems as cultures can vary greatly. What is celebrated in one culture may be demonized in another. #marijuana #sex #drugs. In consequence, casualties would be minimized while maximizing cost/benefit and risk/reward.
To maximize personal, economic, and spiritual freedoms, perhaps the one ideology is “Obey reality” where each person has the freedom to define their own reality, then make adjustments and corrections along the way as they learn and evolve. This is the basis of Ayn Rand’s Objectivism which has been misunderstood by the majority including some of the Objectivists themselves. Since each of us is unique but also similar, the freedom to create one’s reality and be true to one’s nature is key. The 19+ million Discord channels showcasing a broad spectrum of preferences speak to this. Web3 further enables this.
Certainly, rare individuals such as Naval Ravikant and Ray Dalio have studied history nearly ten levels deep so have published works that come as close to the truth as have been published to date on economics, finance, politics, and ideologies.
AI could mine for the thinking processes that drove great philosophical and scientific minds such as Einstein, Tesla, and Feynman. That is not to say this would be a flawless approach since data as well as its interpretations can be fallible, but why not feed an AI with such data so that AI too can come to the best possible conclusions then adjust in real-time as new data comes to light?
This iterative process could maximize real-time accuracy. Elon Musk created Grok which is essentially a “TruthGPT” with this in mind.

The first half of this book focused on the problems that create record levels of stress, injustice, social unrest, depression, and suicidal tendencies. The holistic and practical solution exists through web3 technology which is decentralized, private, secure, immutable, and uncensorable. It upholds the freedom to transact information, goods, services, and capital. I uphold the 7 Ds: decentralization, demonetization, dematerialization, digitization, disruption, deception, and democratization. Exponential technologies (expotechs) embrace the 7 Ds. Peter Diamandis only acknowledges 6 of the 7 but does a good job here. He needs to include decentralization which is key to humanity overcoming authoritarianism.

How to manifest
Life's ironies are brilliant. Those who only see physical reality are seeing the simulation, base 1, the matrix. Base 0 is where things get REAL. Tapping into base 0 is how we manifest.
David Bayer says when meditating, inhale peace, exhale resistance, so you get out of the way of yourself to make space for the miracles. Desire plus non resistance = desired result. Quick tip while meditating: As a thought comes through, visualize your thought being a cork held under water bobbing to the top as you let go of the thought. This clears your mind each time and may eventually quiet your mind so you can go deeper in a state of pure presence.

Download Sadhguru app on your mobile phone. Do the yoga and meditation exercises. Your stress will drop or vanish. It will be replaced with peace, joy, and wellbeing. Many health issues will fall away. Autoimmune diseases, anxiety, and depression will fade. The challenges of 2023-2024 pushed me to do a far deeper dive into spirituality. It was a saving grace.
Also, if you have been falsely accused of something or had untrue rumors spread about you, read Michael Singer’s book “The Surrender Experiment”. He speaks of how he was facing 30+ years in federal prison for a false accusation. He said the worse things turned, the deeper he went spiritually. At no time did he lose his inner bliss because he knew that even if worst came to worst and he was incarcerated for many years, he would simply become a buddha in prison helping others raise their inner frequency.
When it comes to manifesting, in hindsight, even though I didnt know I was manifesting, I was excited, my frequency was very high, and deep down I knew it was going to happen, so there were no negative feelings or fear. This is in parallel to my summaries of various spiritual luminaries in the second half of this chapter.

In India, their religion never believed in just one God but more like a decentralized higher source which is everywhere. In India, man created God. In other religions, God created man. India is not a land which was created by morality. India is a completely amoral country, and it is the most beautiful way to live because morality means persecution, morality means right and wrong. Once we come to right and wrong, tell me who's right and who's wrong. Always it's me who is right and you who is wrong. Once right and wrong comes, you will create a very prejudiced world. Yes, ugly aberrations can happen where law must be enforced, but we need to appreciate that even without any law, people in society behave respectfully. This is untrue in other parts of the world where if you take away law say from New York City, you're asking for trouble.
Each day, I look up and thank Akash for holding me in place before sun rises 30 degrees, after rises 30 deg, and after sunset.
Let go of your ego which means letting go of your reputation so you become fearless. You can then live fearlessly.
The only other way to jump the line into liberation/self-realization, if you do not want to go through the struggle of awareness, is to be so innocent you simply surrender. This is Bhakti Yoga. But thinking minds are not capable of this. Surrendering is not something you do. Surrendering is something that just happens when you are not. When you are absolutely willing and you have no will of your own and there is nothing in you that you call yourself, then grace descends on you. [Author’s comment: This happened twice in my life (mega-crisis 2 and 3) when I felt the end of me was inevitable.]
If you intensify and enhance your life energies beyond a certain pitch that will make your energies more dominant than your mind and your body, then you can effortlessly create what you want. What you want in the physical plane in the world will come and fall at your feet without you investing your life upon them. This should not take much of your time at all. Successful people are those people who have a certain amount of mastery over their minds.
I want you to understand that life around you will respond and create itself to match the way you are and not the way you or the people around you think you are.
Yoga brings self-realization, not self improvement since self is already perfect. So remove the noise to become enlightened which means self-realization. Sex, wealth, fame, food, water, entertainment then mean nothing compared to inner bliss.
Sadhguru said that once you are a yogi, nothing bad can ever happen to you again because there is nothing that you cannot use for your ultimate growth. Even in hell a yogi can be happy. If you are happy, there is no such thing as hell.
Author’s comment: My true nature is unique as are perhaps many other people’s true natures but cultural narrative prevents each of us from expressing our true nature even though no one is getting hurt. Laws and cancel culture can make life hell for many innocent victims. Perhaps this is why I’ve always felt so accepted by Indian culture. That said, because females are still regarded almost as second class citizens in parts of India, they are mistreated by Western standards. Force is sometimes used on them.
My personal thoughts:
Thank you to all the actors, both good and bad, yes especially the bad, because there is no bad. There is only learning and evolution if you let it in. And to those who are not “bad”, misunderstandings can occur especially when one is unable to communicate for legal reasons. I embrace the rare exception who is nasty, mean, or negative/unfair towards me. One goes to the gym to challenge their muscles. The rare bad actor challenges my spiritual muscle at practicing perspective, introspection, forgiveness, authenticity, integrity, and/or unconditional love. Every event as life unfolds is an opportunity for growth. At the same time, if a bad actor poses a serious threat, a strong defense or offense may be warranted.
To those who have reached enlightenment such as Michael Singer, Sadhguru, Dalai Lama, and Gautama Buddha, they are in a permanent state of bliss. Sadhguru says he does not let people or events take away his bliss. Those trolls who try to ruin his reputation do not bother him because their thoughts are theirs, not his. Buddha always laughs because while the outside world tried to tempt him with wealth, women, and fame, he said nothing can compare with his inner state.
How much focus, energy, stability and reverberance in your thought process will determine whether your thought becomes a reality or is just an empty thought. This is how one manifests.
Misunderstandings can always be resolved once all parties know the reasons behind the actions. The issue with lawyers is they sometimes prevent open communication.
To achieve grace, move from personality to presence, practice yoga, unbridled involvement in everything, stop pretending to be big, see all as one, bow down to all, yet know we are all equal in soul. With grace, life goes your way.
When Gautama the Buddha after many years of intense training finally saw that you do not have to do anything in particular for realization, he became fully enlightened.
When you are no-self, a no-thing, it means that you have become all inclusive. If you are something, it means that you can only be that.
AUM Chanting aligns body, mind, emotions, and energy to meditate and manifest.
Be grateful for hardship. Why do we play video games? We like the challenge. Why do we love movies where a person succeeds against all odds? We can relate to such challenges. Hardships are spiritual growing pains. It requires doing inner work via meditation and yoga which are the transformative cures.
It is not about learning or memory but simply being, paying keen attention to every moment.
See your life as an expression of your happiness rather than as a pursuit of it. There is no way to happiness; happiness IS the way.
Whether you walk or dance, work or play, cook or sing, just do it with total attention and awareness.
Be equally involved with everything without any distinction. Put away all hierarchies.
I don’t think with my head but with every cell in my body.
Don’t think about bad in the past or worries in the future, but instead use your mind to create and take action as needed as life unfolds before you. Stay in the now.
Fear nothing (stop fearing fear) by not letting people or events destroy your bliss, so you can then live fearlessly. Act as needed when situations arise, knowing that higher source protects and creates beautiful outcomes for all.
Be life sensitive not ego sensitive.
Only when you learn to transform every memory—conscious/unconscious, pleasant/unpleasant, beautiful/horrendous—into joy and well-being are you ready.
Decide to be a mother to the world.

There is no bad
I am an eternally loving giving forgiving passionate compassionate graceful grateful spark of divinity that is a servant of God (higher source). Compassion is unconditional acceptance of another’s belief or action. I am a spark of eternally blissful life always loving and including and living passionately, am not the body nor the mind nor DNA, so people and events dont take away from this bliss (wealth vs poverty, love vs hate, health vs sickness, freedom vs incarceration). I therefore strive to live fearlessly, having fun no matter what the situation even if insulted or ego bashed. I am no thing, and no thing matters. I am no self. I am therefore boundless, beginningless, endless, infinitesimal and an infinitely loving being.
Bad actors and hackers are good in that they make others and systems and therefore life more anti-fragile.
No one should feel guilt or regret. Both are delusions.
Suicides and other mental health tragedies are sacrifices that raise awareness so as a species we become more anti-fragile.
Through yoga and meditation, I see the truth of non-duality. Higher source unfolds the multiverse with all its trillions of galaxies and lifeforms with perfection. There is no bad because everything is a learning experience.
There are joyous and miserable people. There are no good or bad people. Everyone is oscillating between the two. The moment we think we are good, we believe we are entitled to destroy the bad. Human beings are at different levels of experience and understanding.
Willing means 100% yes to life which makes you a volunteer. You are so willing you have no will of your own but you do have free will to decide how to react to life moment to moment as it unfolds. Rape, disease, war, false accusations, corruption, bankruptcy, imprisonment, and death all make up our spiritual growth. No one escapes certain challenges which is why we are in this physical form.
CAAB
I am a CAAB (creative attracted asexual being). I never left my teen years. I still feel and often act like a teen. Because of this, teens often feel safe around me. Over the decades, I have created lifelong bonds with many, some who are now in their 40s and 50s.
Because of the fear-based world in which we live, I have been called Powder after the deeply misunderstood and feared alien in the movie under the same name whose purpose was to spread love amongst human beings.
I love all ages from 0-100+ because I love all human beings but I tend to bond with teens the best because they are in that volatile, transitory, and impressionable time of life with limitless potential and creativity. On the high end of the spectrum, some I’ve known got into top universities such as Oxford in the UK. On the lower end, some got off drugs or stopped having reckless unprotected sex. They often credit me as believing in them but I am just here to raise the long term frequency, ie, overall mood of a person, so when this happens, they start to love themselves so they make better decisions. This in turn increases the number of positive synchronicities or what some call “luck”.
My love also extends to all animals, insects, nature, and human-made things. Everything has energies, vibrations, and frequencies so you could say I love everything. My reality is non-dualistic meaning there is no good or bad. Everything is perfectly unfolding the way it should. What is bad to some is always an opportunity to learn about the reality of the multiverse and of existence. Even rape, cancer, bankruptcy, false accusations, war, imprisonment and death offer such opportunities. Indeed, when you let go of the fear of suffering, you will naturally explore life to the fullest which offers the deepest opportunities for growth. Bashar underscores my point that each of us has a soul contract to live true to our nature. When we deny our nature, we deny life. Of course, in the world today, being true to one’s nature can go against the cultural narrative so one can find themselves censored, cancelled, imprisoned, or killed.
I have been told by Tristan who leaves his body regularly to go on missions in other parts of the multiverse that help spread love by raising the frequencies of various sectors that we have star flied in prior lives. He said that I’m a being from Galaxy 124 which is one of the galaxies from where pleiadians originate. Pleiadians are here on Earth to raise Earth’s frequency by spreading love and compassion.
Jesus speaks of this in the book “A Course in Miracles” which according to atheist Helen Schucman who was a professor at the Ivy League Columbia University was dictated, or some would say channeled, by Jesus. It is not a religious book but a spiritual one. Its underlying premise is that souls are here in human form to learn compassion, forgiveness, and love.
Gautama Buddha always said he has no preferences. I now understand what this means. He is a servant of higher source/God so knows whatever comes his way is for the best. So it's better to not judge events as they come our way because we know so little. Human beings are still in kindergarten when it comes to spirituality and science. Einstein said, "One thing I have learned in a long life: that all our science, measured against reality, is primitive and childlike. We still do not know one thousandth of one percent of what nature has revealed to us. It is entirely possible that behind the perception of our senses, worlds are hidden of which we are unaware.” Indeed, except for photons, the smallest particles probably are not indivisible but asymptotically trend towards zero in size. The number of galaxies probably trends towards infinity. The multidimensional multiverse is incomprehensible thus the human need to codify everything.
When looking back at my life, I realized that both what I considered good and what I considered bad were necessary experiences for my growth. Sometimes something I perceived as good turned out bad in the long run, and something I perceived as bad turned out to be for my greater good and growth. Even the most extreme bad was a blessing in disguise. This is why virtually out of 800 Google employees polled as to whether they would change anything in their past life including the worst mistakes said they wouldn't change a thing. Neither would I.
So I try to do as Michael Singer and Gautama Buddha and Sadhguru all suggest: remain in a state of peace, grace, and love in the present, doing everything with passion so you can take the best action as life unfolds moment to moment. Sadhguru says he does everything with passion from sweeping floors to giving talks.
In light of the above...
Spiritual success means seeing any loss as a gain because it's an opportunity for learning and growth.
Spiritual success means seeing the beauty behind even the worst tragedies as death is a gateway, never the end.
Spiritual success means knowing wealth, fame, and power are limiting if they stand in the way of one's inner growth towards compassion, forgiveness, and love.
Spiritual success means knowing the achievement of worldly success in all its forms must never come at the price of spiritual growth. ☯🙏
Perfect health, perfect love, perfect peace, and perfect success
We all want perfect health, perfect love, perfect peace, and perfect success. These are the four forms. Enlightenment happens when one realizes they already have all of the above. Gautama Buddha realized this in his early 20s. Sadhguru realized this at age 26. Both became permanently blissful. Both did not let people or events take away from this blissful state. This enabled both to take the right actions from moment to moment, living in the present, as life unfolded. Neither is unique. Each of us can reach enlightenment once we remove all the noise of life from our minds.
One has perfect inner health if they remain still, in a state of grace, even if one’s body is diagnosed with cancer then dies at an early age. It motivates others to find a cure. It motivates the cancer patient to find a way back to health. It motivates his friends and family to express love. It sometimes results in something astounding such as Anita Moorjani’s near-death experience. Even Ram Dass said the stroke which cut short his mission to help raise the frequency of others by way of countless speaking engagements as a servant of God helped him to go deeper into his heart. He never expressed pain or regret but only gratitude for everything life brought him. He said suffering is “the sandpaper of our incarnation.” This sandpaper can hurt. But if you let it, suffering can give your life a new shape.
Just as one is in health, one has perfect love by being love. Love isn’t something you do, love is something you are. If one has a terrible breakup, it is a learning opportunity. Perhaps the person raises their frequency from the experience so that they can attract someone better suited to them. Perhaps the person realizes their frequency was low so learns how to elevate their frequency by right livelihood.
Perfect success is justice in action. Those who climbed to the top by adding value deserve their success. Those who did so by harming others have a serious defect that they hopefully will repair once they realize their error, otherwise they will live a less than full, loving life. So while on the outside they may appear successful, on the inside there is often turmoil. This turmoil is likely to negatively affect their friendships and relationships and therefore their health. In other words, it will disrupt their perfect health, their perfect love, and their perfect peace.
All four forms of perfection are interrelated. Disturb one by doing wrong to others or to yourself and you will diminish the other forms. Life’s noise can create fear and greed within a person, making them do wrong. Once one realizes they are not their body nor their mind, one can see clearly therefore take the best course of action as life unfolds from moment to moment, staying in the present. If you lose weight from exercise, you don’t fear that a part of you is gone. Similarly, as you go through life, your mind accumulates memories and experiences. You are not the weight your body gained nor are you your accumulated memories. You are the spark of energy that is called your soul. You are conscious awareness. Think back to when you were a little child and had self-realization. That core meta of you is probably exactly the same today as it was back then, with more knowledge and wisdom. But knowledge, memory, and education can work against you if you have not done the inner work.
By realizing the perfection of life and its four forms, greed and fear no longer affect you. As success comes, you keep it in perspective and are infinitely grateful. As a bad actor or bad news threatens, you keep it in perspective and are grateful for the spiritual growth that comes from it. Just like Ram Dass.
You are not your body nor your mind
We are here for spiritual growth. The Earth is a classroom. The universe is the university. Everything happens for a reason.
Often, one only sees a situation a few levels deep out of say a total of ten levels. That typically creates argument between parties or differences of opinion when it comes to most anything.
Sometimes, one party is unable to communicate with the other party despite wanting to reach out as situations can be complicated.
Michael Singer and Sadhguru both have the same message. To reduce stress and enhance clarity, keep a space between your soul and your mind. You will learn to use your mind while preventing your mind from using you. Don’t let your mind obsess about negatives in the past (memories) or fears about the future (imagination). This can keep egos at bay thus can go a long way to reconciliations or agreements.
On the fifth day while chanting AUM, realisations set in:
I am not the body. I am not even the mind. I am no self. I am no thing.
I am soul. My soul has no preferences. I am part of God. We are all part of God. We are all one. I am eternal and infinite. I am love. I am health. I let go and let God. God uses me as God sees fit to maximize my growth. I am eternally grateful.
Relative morality leads to disaster

What is virtue and what is sin? Each person has their idea according to their upbringing and culture. All of this is a circus the mind is playing.
What some cultures celebrate, others demonize.
Debates twist facts so virtue gets clouded.
To be moralistic means one is pretentious towards spirituality. Being morally good is only good for society, not for the human being. If you are morally correct, it is good for the people around you because you are contained. This is relativistic morality.
But it is not good for one's life or one's true nature. A higher expression of your life is what is needed. One can then do justice to their soul's contract.
Cultural narrative is powerful because it organizes individuals into adhering to behaviors. Everything is downstream from culture.
Relative morality should be a four letter word.
Relative morality is always about contrasting and comparing and judging.
From this stems virtue signaling.
The more good one thinks they are, the more they think people are bad.
Their goodness is only in comparison with others.
"He's not okay, she's not okay, he's not okay, etc" pointing the finger of justice at many. "But I am good."
For one to be really good in their mind, they have to make others in the world not okay. It's often us vs them. If almost everybody is bad in your world, it's not a question of goodness, it just means you're sick in the head. It becomes not a question of virtue but a question of madness.
For many to be happy, they have to have things that others dont have. Is this healthy?
The spiritual process is about shifting from being a mental activity to a life process. For your personal evolution, you know how to be. You are a being. You need to be true to your nature. You dont need "morals". Your nature is incapable of doing anything harmful. You are not holding back. The way you truly are, there is no question of harm. It doesnt exist in you. People preaching how you should be is unnecessary. People shackling you to their standards, oppressing you and suppressing you creates harm. Live for yourself first, not for others. Only then can your inner spirit rise to where you answer your soul's contract to become a positive influence to all others. The only form of morality that increases love is absolute morality.
Near-death experiences and our soul’s contract
I've come to realize that the secret to a happy life is understanding that everything can be justified or reframed into something good. There is no bad. We then hold no ill will towards anyone or any circumstance. We then create peace, forgiveness, compassion, and understanding which are the themes discussed in the book “A Course in Miracles.” What some deem evil, others deem good, ie, certain drugs, certain forms of sex, certain forms of governance, left vs right, capitalist vs communist, etc.
There are far more extreme cases as well that would seem like black & white issues from an ethical or moral point of view. For example, a daughter was horribly abused by her mother growing up. Because of this, the daughter (much as Oprah did) had quite a positive impact on others. Years later, when the daughter died in hospital, she met her mother in the beyond who had died some years earlier. Her mother told her it was in her soul's contract to be horribly abusive to her. It made her the woman she is today, having launched centers that care for the abused. They reconciled. The daughter was then revived in the hospital and lived to tell this story.
Many other such stories exist from those who have had NDEs (near-death experiences). Some had out of body experiences where they heard conversations or in one case, knew the combination to a hospital safe even though they were on the operating table the whole time. Some scholars have studied NDEs in depth as there have been thousands of testimonials which tend to share common experiences.
Some met their sibling in the beyond even though they grew up as an only child. When revived, their parents were shocked they knew this since it had been kept secret that the mother had had a miscarriage or the sibling had died at birth.

As shown in the prior link, some actually chase disaster because they know it will help deepen their spiritual growth.
I know life’s journey guided by higher source/divinity has always delivered divine protection at the most extreme moments when I completely surrendered. Because of my unique wiring, I've never met anyone who can fully relate to me. My wish since I was little is that someday, everyone can be true to their nature. This book enables me to discuss my true nature in detail so people will understand and support who and what I am. I know I am not alone in that anyone who can relate may have suffered beyond measure from being deeply misunderstood. I believe I am here to transform beliefs much as it was once considered wrong to use psychedelics, smoke marijuana, date a difference race, date a different religion, or that being any component of LGBTIQA+ was considered an illness. Sadly some within LGBTIQA+ are hypocrites in negatively judging others within this group, not realizing they had the same things done to their LGBTIQA+ lettered designation once upon a time. The rise of authoritarianism across world governments is diminishing our personal and economic rights. My distant ancestor Ryoma Sakamoto transformed Japan by ushering in the Meiji Restoration which promoted such human rights which led to the modernization of Japan.
Anybody who talks about a place other than this planet as a better place than this, is a crime against humanity. My aim is to destroy the idea of all heavens so people will learn to live well here by raising their inner frequency. Anyone who made a hell out of themselves in their lives looks forward to going to heaven, but death is just a doorway into the next phase. What lies beyond death appears to be a space of infinite love until a soul is assigned a new physical life somewhere in the multiverse. So "heaven" perhaps is just a temporary stop. But do you have any proof that you are not already in heaven and messing it up? Most are not learning how to handle their basic faculties of thought and emotion. You say everyone is like this but that is how it is in a madhouse. Only the doctor looks crazy. Dont suffer your memory (the past) or your imagination (the future). We are human beings which means we can just be in the present as life unfolds and take action as needed.
Our natural state is a blissful state. Each of us is already enlightened but the noise of life clutters our enlightened state. Once Gautama the Buddha figured out all he needed to do to become enlightened is to rid himself of all that he isn't such as his body and his mind, his negativity vanished. As Alan Watts once said, "Just trust in the universe." This is why the Buddha always laughs. He became a no-thing. This does not mean that you are of no use. When you are a no-thing, it means that you have become all inclusive. If you are something, it means that you can only be that. You then become one with all, borderless, boundless, and blissful.
The challenges of 2024 drove me deeply into spirituality
How was 2024 for you? It seems like many I know around the planet had a horrible year that is even worse than 2023. But there is no "bad". It is all a test. Higher source/divinity has been testing me at most critical times for my spiritual growth- back in late 2001, jun-2018, jul-2023, and again in 2024. I wrote earlier about the prior three times in my book about the 3 mega crises of my life which were blessings in disguise, though it did seem like my life was over each time. In reality, it was a brilliant change of path.
In 2024, I faced challenges that felt they would mushroom into something that I would call the fourth mega-crisis. But somehow through the suffering, major revelations came to me. The one common pattern in these crises is putting too much trust in someone that is close that ends up being a bad actor until it is too late. But there is no bad. We learn from our mistakes. Hackers make a system more anti-fragile by revealing weaknesses. Bad actors do the same in each of our lives. I will therefore always continue to give someone the benefit of the doubt until they prove otherwise, and then be grateful for whatever lesson I learn.
The onslaught of negative news from unrelated areas this year from loved ones health to bad actors drove me deep into studying spiritual masters such as Yogananda, Michael Singer, and Sadhguru. I’ve never consistently meditated and done yoga for this long and plan to continue to practice both indefinitely because it brings me closer to unity with all.
In consequence, my major life goal now includes following in their footsteps so I can help raise the frequency of humanity by this means in addition to ways my book can help those facing health or legal issues where they are 100% innocent but either bad actors or entropy had a way of clouding the picture to create misunderstandings, so they find themselves in a legal tangle. Worse, lawyers often forbid direct communication.
There’s been a questionable actor who is potentially a sociopathic liar full of promises none fulfilled with plenty of misleads. It has recently become more clear that he seems to do this with many. Lots of slippery words. That said, he is complex so the jury is still out on his holistic character which may be quite whole. Because he's wanted to assume full control, I've given it to him but that may have been my mistake. I’ve been fooled more than once by various sophisticated bad actors so shame on me. The great trader Jesse Livermore once said there’s a million ways a trader can lose money. I’d also say there’s many ways a person can be fooled by various diabolical personalities, events, and circumstances. Time will tell whether this actor is good or “bad”.
Either way, I can only say namaste in gratitude because as with trading, I am wiser for having had the challenging experiences.
Now it’s a matter of self preservation while continuing to help others through my book. I’ve intentionally not published certain parts for my own protection but share parts of it to answer the emails and DMs I get daily so at least I can help on a one to one basis.
And as with others I’ve known who were heroes, not the villains that mainstream press made them out to be for their astounding brilliance that threatened big pharma or big <fill in the blank>, I hope to fulfill my soul's contracts. I do believe based on the miracles that have occurred in my life when all seemed lost that higher source will ensure this happens. So once I publish the rest of my book, it hopefully helps many. If it’s my end, I’m happy. But a close spiritual friend reminded me it would just be the beginning as I must trust in the higher source. That said, I don’t care if I die the most hated person from whatever twisted tales mainstream press wants to say as long as I know the book has helped others. Namaste.
What 81 days of being meditative and practicing yoga brought me
After 81 days of doing meditation and yoga practices for the first time in such as consistent manner (typically 1 to 3 hrs/day) I've come to more deeply realize it is always good to be loving no matter what (trading, A argument against rfk, A more money, C, v, a/b$) because you trust in higher source so look forward to each moment as it unfolds with love and passion. No need to ever get angry or fearful. When thoughts go to zero, you experience greater consciousness.
Those who cause great harm should be loved. Their actions came from fear which may have been born from something traumatic. Defending a friend or oneself against the perpetrator may be necessary but always come from a place of love. Sometimes a good person turns into a bad actor due to a misunderstanding. Even if you are barred from communicating with that person, love them from a distance.
Those who hate or give up (david, suicides, nde suicide who returned to life) detach from higher source but can reattach. I co-create my reality with my awareness and my intention. Chit shakti success plans out my next 15 years (wealth-crypto trading/tqt, fund a/b$ + superbabies + music vids/film shorts, age regression, sadhguru/yogananda/singer footsteps, book/anime movie). Just breathe and don’t resist because the rest (infinite intelligence) takes care of the rest. The great general Sham knows karmic justice always works.
To those going through hard times, I found this video very helpful. hard times may seem endless but are blessings in disguise because one can go spiritually deeper which can in turn help or influence others. The video is further proof we each get a life review after we die. She also provides an illuminating explanation of the role "bad" actors play in our lives.
Some have argued that innocents get thrown in jail for those drug and sex crimes that are victimless, while the guilty profit off the prison built out. Indeed a soaring number of sex crimes in the UK are against under 18s for sexting images, a totally harmless crime but considered creating and disseminating child pornography which brands them as sex offenders on their permanent record, but as horrifying as this sounds, from a holistic viewing point, this is all as it should be -- bad actors may have a soul contract to act in this way based on various near-death experiencers' testimonies, just as some had soul contracts to commit suicide or die shortly after birth since the infant morality rate used to be very high.

Dad, in the last two chapters of my book, I discuss the two solutions that are inevitable: 1) the only way out is in (Sadhguru, Yogananda, Michael Singer, Gautama Buddha, et al) and 2) web3 decentralization. Things will get worse before they get better, but then humanity will undergo a huge transformation due to 1) and 2), a big reset, that will launch a rebirth and a higher state of life consciousness as human beings graduate from kindergarten. No matter how bad things seem, everything is progressing as it should. What humans consider tragic or traumatic are part of the process. There is no "bad", only growth and learning from even the most heinous tragedies.

I believe in taking the best and leaving the rest. Here is my deep dive into top spiritual luminaries I found very helpful in my life. It includes certain wisdoms that resonated with me and my summaries along with action steps one can take to immediately derive benefits. Links to most are provided by clicking on each name.
What was revealing was that these luminaries do not generally contradict one another. Their beliefs and realizations overlap greatly. When trying on some of their suggestions, they make a deeply positive impact. When skeptics say it’s placebo, I say who cares as long as it works? Bashar would say it’s a permission slip that allows us to tap into our infinite power.

ROBERT EDWARD GRANT
In the two videos below, Grant says to practice total acceptance, love, radical authenticity, and non-judgement. This means embracing *everything* as life unfolds instead of casting labels of ‘bad’ or ‘good’ on what you prefer. Having no preferences is the way to enlightenment as foretold by countless spiritual luminaries throughout this chapter.
This will enable you to age backwards because your frequency will soar. Frequency is a measure of your mood. When you feel unstoppable, euphoric, or in love, your frequency is extremely high.
Do a 5 day non-water fast once a month. This means vitamins, minerals, creatine, C8 MCT oil (1 tsp per cup of coffee), cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, magnesium, salt/electrolytes, other spices, psyllium husk, and bentonite clay will not break your fast. While fasting, you may find it easier to practice total acceptance, love, radical authenticity, and non-judgement. At least Grant and I did.
You will then journey back to your original self. Signs will appear. Your highest excitement may change. For Grant, it transformed from being a titan in business (he was the CEO of Bausch & Lomb Surgical then Allergan Medical) to raising people’s frequencies by waking them up via his youtube channel and other mediums.
One key point is the moment you embrace the things that are causing you suffering and instead fully accept and fall in love with it, is the moment you no longer need to suffer from those things because you have learned and integrated it. See the suffering as personal growth so learn love every challenge much as some monks chase personal disaster so they will evolve more quickly.
Once you stop judging by realising you live in a non-dualistic multiverse, you become part of everything so you then become beginningless and endless as described by spiritual leaders such as Sadhguru and Gautama Buddha. You transcend everything and experience death of the ego to become your most authentic self.
Radical Authenticity is even more powerful than love because you allow yourself to be vulnerable to love by expressing your true self which then soars your frequency which in turn lifts others.
At base 0 reality, there is no space nor time. In base 1 reality (human reality), space time memory is the collection of our emotional states from our perceptions. Feelings are our payload. Higher source learns from our emotional states. It collects those feelings to expand its own empathy which becomes wisdom. Source becomes the ultimate philosopher. The more divisions of itself it makes, the more it learns about itself. We each play an important part. No one is better than anyone else. In this true context, suffering no longer exists since it is based on perception. Instead ask why did source choose that particular experience for that person. Once you change your perception, it is like looking at the world through new glasses.
Source says to write down and share what you learn, then each who needs to learn or heal or improve will join. The crowd who joins is just another aspect of you because the crowd is just another aspect of you because it represents you starting to fall in love with yourself without exception. See rather than seek.
In the 5th dimension you will age reverse back to 35 which is peak biology such as maximum number of hair follicles. It is the perfect age.
Perceive your experience in the world as one of love, that you’re seeing love all around you, and you will get more love. B$ want love more than most.
Embrace the opposites because everything is happening for you, not to you, so know that what you may call ‘bad’ is actually good for you. Ask yourself, “What’s the positive way to perceive all of this. What is source going to share with me next?”
Reframe context to see the positive because then you’ll get the positive out of it.

KRISHNAMURTI
The efforts of a mind that is seeking a pool of security, of permanency, can only lead to darkness and corruption. Once established in the pool, such a mind is afraid to venture out, to seek, to explore; but truth, God, reality or what you will, lies beyond the pool. The moment you venture out, something takes place in you and about you. Life comes to your aid in various ways. You may not like the form in which it comes to you - it may be misery, struggle, starvation - but when you invite life, things begin to happen. But you see, we don't want to invite life, we want to play a safe game; and those who play a safe game die very safely. Is that not so? The search for God, for truth, the feeling of being completely good - not the cultivation of goodness, of humility, but the seeking out of something beyond the inventions and tricks of the mind, which means having a feeling for that something, living in it, being it - that is true religion. But you can do that only when you leave the pool you have dug for yourself and go out into the river of life. Then life has an astonishing way of taking care of you, because then there is no taking care on your part. Life carries you where it will because you are part of itself; then there is no problem of security, of what people say or don't say, and that is the beauty of life.
Most people are unhappy; and they are unhappy because there is no love in their hearts. Love will arise in your heart when you have no barrier between yourself and another, when you meet and observe people without judging them.
OSHO
That is why Krishna is trying to convince Arjuna to surrender. ”Surrender to me,” he says, ”and there will be no problem for you. Then I will take charge– I will fight through you.” [Author’s comment: The two times I surrendered brought forth higher source miracles that saved me.]
MICHAEL SINGER
Singer became enlightened in his 20s. This means he never let life’s up and downs take away his permanent bliss, much as Gautama Buddha once said all the riches of the material world cannot compare to his inner bliss.
Singer was falsely accused of embezzling funds. He faced up to 30 years in federal prison. Here is an excerpt from his book “The Surrender Experiment”, a book I have found great comfort in reading and have applied to my own life. Here are some excerpts:
“I used my time to work on remaining completely comfortable with the radical situation life had stuck me in. There was really no reason to be thinking about why this was happening or how it would turn out. Since I had absolutely no idea what was going on, thinking about it wasn’t going to help. Instead, I enjoyed spending my day letting go of whatever that voice in my head was trying to say and deeply relaxing whenever my heart began to feel anxious. In this situation, surrender was not an option; it was only sane thing to do. I knew how powerful it was to simply relax and release past that urge to defend oneself. I resolved to only discuss the matter when absolutely necessary. Otherwise, I would just go about my business as usual. I hadn’t done anything wrong, so why should I let this affect me? Over time it would work itself out. In the meantime, I was not going to let it steal the great peace and joy I felt deep inside. Right from the beginning, I resolved to use the whole situation to finally free myself from whatever was left of that scared person inside who had always held me back. This was my entire journey—liberation at any cost. .....I wouldn’t have any idea how to interview a top-notch criminal attorney. I followed Jim’s advice and started to set up preliminary meetings with some of the attorneys—but in my heart, I knew I was going to leave this decision up to the flow of life. I believed that in the end, truth would triumph. (Author’s note: But what about all those innocents wrongfully convicted? Ram Dass would say all is well. Singer would say that's their life path for maximum spiritual growth.)....Sitting quietly in that office, I could see that this terrible situation was bringing about amazing changes—both inside and out. Life had always done that to me, and accepting those changes was my great experiment. I knew that this attack by the government was no exception. I just had to be willing to go wherever it took me.....used to hold ten to twelve inmates in orange jumpsuits who were waiting their turn to see the judge. I was standing right next to the jury box, and these inmates reminded me of my group back in prison. I allowed myself to think that the way things were going—that could be me someday. I knew if I was going to be at peace throughout this ordeal, I would have to be comfortable with that thought. I just let go and relaxed into the moment....Aside from these executives and their families, the front-page publicity from the indictment had affected some other people very dear to me. I had already received a call from the warden at Union Correctional Institution saying that until this situation was resolved, he had no choice but to revoke my authorization to meet with my Saturday morning group. After thirty years of committing myself to perhaps the most important thing I had done in my life, my prison work was over. A wave of darkness was falling over everything that had been the source of so much light. It was all completely out of my control. I was determined to sit peacefully deep inside and see if it could pass by without affecting my inner state. It was like the early days when I had first started my experiment of letting go in the face of perceived danger. The big difference now was that this danger was way beyond anything I could have ever imagined. It was the perfect storm.... All I could do was keep letting go at the deepest possible level. My mantra was: This Is Reality—Deal with It. In the midst of the most dangerous situation of my life, the two forces in this world I had come to have the most confidence in to protect me, Randy and Judge Blatt, were both taken away. This amazing sequence of events was so completely out of my control that I had no choice but to surrender at an even deeper level. It seemed like life was finally unfolding in a way that would assure the demise of whatever was left of my personal self—just what I had asked it to do so many years ago.”
Author’s note: Singer’s ego went to zero, just like mine did on July 18, 2023 when I had that miracle cure, and in June 2018 that fateful weekend where it seemed the end was nigh so I completely surrendered, at peace with whatever the outcome. Because of these prior lessons, I was able to benefit during the hardships in 2024. I came to be at peace with existential issues regarding my trading. I then hit upon an amazing discovery which revolutionized my trading. I came to be at peace with my companies, reputation, loss of funds, and where to live, at which point, I had no more preferences as to outcome. The issues then resolved in beautiful fashion over the ensuing days.
Excerpts from Singer’s book “The Untethered Soul”:
“When you feel pain, simply view it as energy. Just start seeing these inner experiences as energy passing through your heart and before the eye of your consciousness. Then relax. Do the opposite of contracting and closing. Relax and release. Relax your heart until you are actually face-to-face with the exact place where it hurts. TODO: Stay open and receptive so you can be present right where the tension is. You must be willing to be present right at the place of the tightness and pain, and then relax and go even deeper. This is very deep growth and transformation. But you will not want to do this. You will feel tremendous resistance to doing this, and that’s what makes it so powerful. As you relax and feel the resistance, the heart will want to pull away, to close, to protect, and to defend itself. Keep relaxing. Relax your shoulders and relax your heart. Let go and give room for the pain to pass through you. It’s just energy. Just see it as energy and let it go. Your true greatness hides on the other side of that layer of pain. You must be willing to accept pain in order to pass through to the other side. Just accept that it is in there and that you are going to feel it. Accept that if you relax, it will have its moment before your awareness, and then it will pass. It always does.”
“At this point, the journey becomes very quick. You will go through the part of you that has always been scared to death, and you’ll see how that part has always struggled to hold it all together. If you don’t feed that part, if you just keep letting go and don’t let it cling, eventually you will fall behind the false solidity. This is not something you do; it is something that happens to you. Your only way out is the witness. Just keep letting go by being aware that you are aware. If you pass through a period of darkness or depression, just ask, “Who is aware of the darkness?” That’s how you pass through the different stages of your inner growth. You just keep letting go, and remain aware that you are still there. When you’ve let go of the dark psyche, and you’ve let go of the light psyche, and you’re no longer clinging to anything, you will reach a point where it will all open up behind you. You are used to being aware of things in front of you. You now become aware of a universe behind your seat of consciousness.” [Author’s note: Higher source always has your back, so let go and let god.] “If you’re willing to let go, you’ll fall back and it will open into an ocean of energy. You will become filled with light. You will become filled with a light that has no darkness, with a peace that passeth all understanding. You will then walk through every moment of your daily life with the flow of this inner force sustaining you, feeding you, and guiding you from deep within. You will still have thoughts, emotions, and a self-concept floating around in inner space, but they will be just one small part of what you experience. You will not identify with anything outside the sense of Self. Once you reach this state, you will never have to worry about anything ever again. The forces of creation will create creation, both inside and outside of you. You will float in peace, love, and compassion beyond it all, yet honoring it all. There is no need for false solidity when you are at peace with the universal expanse of your true Being.”
“Every time a part of you begins to get unhappy, let it go. Work with it. Use affirmations, or do whatever you need to do to stay open. If you are committed, nothing can stop you. No matter what happens, you can choose to enjoy the experience. If they starve you and put you in solitary confinement, just have fun being like Gandhi. No matter what happens, just enjoy the life that comes to you.”
“The technique of unconditional happiness is ideal because what you’re doing with the rest of your life is already defined—you’re letting go of yourself so that you can remain happy. As far as your spirituality goes, you’re going to grow very rapidly. A person who actually does this every moment of every day is going to notice the cleansing of their heart. This is because they’re not getting involved in the stuff that comes up. They’re also going to notice the purification of their mind because they are not getting involved in the mind’s melodrama. [Author’s note: While not getting down from the losses, this also includes not letting even the wins emotionally move you. You become stoically enlightened, living in a permanently blissful state of being, like Sadhguru and Gautama Buddha.] Their Shakti (spirit) is going to awaken even if they know nothing about Shakti. They will come to know a happiness that is beyond human understanding. This path solves daily life and it solves spiritual life. The greatest gift one can give to God is to be pleased with His creation. There really is no reason for tension or problems. Stress only happens when you resist life’s events. If you’re neither pushing life away, nor pulling it toward you, then you are not creating any resistance. You are simply present. In this state, you are just witnessing and experiencing the events of life taking place. If you choose to live this way, you will see that life can be lived in a state of peace.”
“You must reach the point where your whole interest lies in the balance and not in any personal preference for how things should be. It’s that way with all of life.”
[Author’s note to self: Ask yourself what do you care? it's either fear or desire. it's always only either icky or great vibrations. have no preferences. relax and release the negative feeling so it will work its way up and out of yourself so my energy flow is unblocked. real spirituality is about letting go. over time, you'll find yourself happier. this purifies yourself to be permanently in a high state. look for states of being, not spiritual experience. live in a spiritual state so you arent chasing after spiritual experiences. it's about letting go of yourself. dont try to solve it. be ok with not being ok: if mind is down, just notice it's down and get on with things. these are all experiences which are gifts. there's nothing wrong with these things. they will take care of themselves. that in itself is a path. let go and let god. man minus mind equals God. you will see grace of creation by not getting in the way of yourself/your fears. the world unfolds and you experience it. nothing more. the great way is not difficult for those who have no preferences. playing golf is for the challenge. do the best you can with every shot you take to see if you can better yourself. it's fun. why not treat life's challenges in the same way? NOTHING should upset you because you wouldnt take it personally if apes mauled you in a cage. ask why you have a preference so you can remove your preferences so you can let life guide you. dont resist when in the face of a negative feeling, instead relax (takes practice like playing piano) and release. when one protects their heart, one is protecting the blockages. when one protects their mind from themselves, one is protecting the blockages. heart and mind tap into infinite energy and creativity unless you block it with negativity. what's coming doesnt yet bother you, but you are bothered by the thing that's coming. instead, be the witness to your thoughts and feelings so you can then relax and release. i am not my thoughts or emotions. i am the experiencer/noticer/witness of my thoughts and emotions. i am the witness returning to the seat of consciousness. you have thots and emotions but they no longer bother you. this is waking up. it's not learning but realizing. you dont have a soul. you are the soul. you arent jealous, you are witness to feeling jealous. it's not doing or not doing, it's being. …When something whether pos or neg can no longer delight or offend you, it can no longer exist in the old way in that you will no longer be affected by it. When you no longer are affected by things, you overcome a state of want or fear. This is surrender. What right do you have to cling to or resist reality? This is the garbage you built inside of you. The samscara. Let go of the resistance to the resistance. This is surrender. All I need from the moment that’s happening is the moment that’s happening. Let the moment unfold. Overcome your past patterns. Don’t resist or cling to one thing. Dont fear the future. Change yourself to embrace the moment. Do not try to change the moment. We are full of pollution on the inside, so we warp the moments. Instead, honor and respect the moment. We connect to our soul by letting go of the anchor of your beliefs, your personal self, your likes/dislikes because you are not those things. Let go and you will ascend naturally. You are already God. Your consciousness is divine. …cause of suffering is preference, desire, and fear. use mind to create thoughts. 95% are not thoughts you create (which can lead to success) but are destructive thoughts that make you be in a state of fear or desire (the fearful voice inside your head)….When things go wrong, don’t use the lowest part of yourself which is the reactive part. Use the highest part of yourself by relaxing then your mind can function at its best. As Life unfolds, practice staying in the present by tapping into your highest part by relaxing when things go wrong. Stay neutral by letting go of your reaction. This is spiritual growth/awakening. Desire never makes good decisions, only clarity. Your personal self is not freaking out inside. Make a decision based on your reaction will lead to the worst decision. When bad things happen, consistently stay centered and relax and release and you will transform quickly. Let go and let god. You will then deal with life with clarity. If I can get clear when something bad happens, then I will make right decisions. Bad actors are gifts because they help me grow. One never has to forgive because you love them regardless. Your experiment in life is to surrender to the moment. You will start to feel love and joy inside of you all the time- this is Shakti, chi.
RAM DASS
The game is much more fun than the people who are playing it because they are just too busy being somebody. Ram Dass is just "I am", not anybody in particular. Awakening is realizing you're in a mental prison. Sometimes the suffering is so great it offers a way out as long as you dont try to create a new structure.
No matter what happens to a person, love anyway, be authentic, be responsible/trustworthy/loving/forgiving/grateful and the resume will take care of itself. You know you’ve reached 5D when you can stay at a high frequency when things go horribly wrong, if someone does something bad to you (manipulates, doesnt love you, is rude to you) or you hear/see something that is vile and manage to remain at peace. You can then pivot away or send them loving energy to get their good side to come out to increase their frequency and thus the frequency of the planet. Raise your frequency/consciousness thru meditation/diet/exercise. You are a piece of the divine so can tap into that energy to manifest 24/7.
DAVID BAYER: Desire plus non-resistance = desired result
To manifest anything, one must overcome the four layers.
1st layer: Overcome limiting beliefs. Transform your limiting belief by deciding how you want your life to be then source evidence from your own life to support your new decision. Reality will change to your benefit. When something negative shows up, we call this a negative echo. It is from the past, but know this is just a delayed life reaction that will pass.
2nd layer: Resentments bind limiting beliefs. Must discard all resentments. Resentments are echoes from the past. Show compassion and forgiveness to each bad actor. Limiting beliefs then are overcome.
3rd layer: The core program is your core wound you got most likely from your parents. Be aware when your core program becomes active. You will find it hard at that point to speak your truth. Instead, let go and let god by remaining non-resistant. This will solve the problems your core program is manifesting. You will then find it easier to speak your truth which will heal your mind. Once you stop the habit of supressing your truth and instead practice non-resistance which will allow you to speak your truth, that habit will become weaker especially as you let go and let god. You will find yourself shedding your old personality. In consequence, you will build a new neurology.
4th layer: Reconnect self-love and reconnect with higher source. Stop making false gods out of other people, social media followers, money made, or your reputation. Listen to affirmations (use YouTube affirmation posts by Marisa Hess or David Bayer) after you have pulled your weeds by overcoming your core program. You can then reinforce your new beliefs with these affirmations. Write to your higher self / higher source in gratitude asking questions and asking for things. Even if you don’t get what you want, know whatever happens is for your best so be grateful because higher source knows what is best for you. So there is no bad only good. “Bad” always leads to good.

Dispenza has cured many from health conditions medical science said was incurable. It is a combination of using the quantum field to manifest miracles along with the power of the placebo effect. Both are powerful. His meditations are transformational.
Be consciously courageous then immediately surrender to your higher self. Get out of the way of yourself. Since the autonomic nervous system’s agenda is to create balance and health, the instant we get out of its way, stop analyzing, cease thinking, and fully surrender, this intelligence steps in and creates order. This is in parallel to David Bayer above who says non-resistance is key to getting what you desire. Sadhguru says similar. I have experienced similar.

Begin as if you are a blank slate, ie, “nothing is written” then try like hell to achieve your goals. After you have done what you can, slip into “let go and let god,” ie, “everything is written” and let regret and anxiety and stress fall away.
On free will, whether you do or dont have free will, strive to be the best and be at peace with whatever happens. Do your level best to achieve your goal. Strive, but strive with the knowledge that the outcome is not under your control, and you are at peace with that. So whether free will exists or not, the striving produces learning and growth, and that is the benefit to you. [Author’s comment: My research suggests we have limited free will but where it counts. We decide how we respond to events based on our learnings and reframings. When you change your perception, your frequency and thus your world changes.]
Then the box is opened and one of the waveforms collapses and you know whether Schrodinger’s cat is alive or dead. When you truly, deep down, accept that whatever happens is the way it should be and it cannot be otherwise, a deep peace falls on you. You are no longer anxious about anything that happens to you. Each day becomes a blast, and it is wonderful in its own way.
Identify with the actor, not the character. See yourself from a distance. Let go of preferences and it becomes easier to let go of control. Let go and let god. The more you let go, the more you realize what happens is perfect for you. Dont let fear make you hastily interfere with what god will eventually do for you which is best for you. Even your desire for an outcome is not letting go fully unless you can truly let go of your desire. This is what David Bayer above suggests when he says to become non-resistant to all. So if none of it happens, be grateful knowing god always guides things for your greatest benefit. Dont let ego interfere. "Washing dishes is for washing dishes; that they become clean is the side effect." In other words, you have no preference to outcome.

Act on your excitement with no regard to the outcome. This is what Bashar also says. Know you create every situation. Never want, only have, since wanting is a state which only attracts more wanting while having is a state which only attracts more having. Dont fear rejection by not rejecting yourself, then if they reject, it's their issue, not yours. Fear is delivering a message to you. Fears shows your beliefs are out of alignment with your true nature. Ask yourself, "What do I have to believe is true in order to feel the way I do (fear, anger, shame)?"
Celebrate the effort, not the outcome. Focus on the intention.
Every time you tune in to the energy of your future in the present moment, you are drawing your future to you.
My life depends on my effort (b$ $), not the result. Play life with all your might to lose yourself. The only way to play is to abandon all hopes and desires. Then you are giving 100% instead of partial due to hopes and wants. My approach is not to make the athlete rehearse his motions for these will come of their own accord. I am interested in helping the athlete enter a different place, become something first, and the actions that flow will be a function of who he has become.

If you feel fear or doubt or anything negative, tell yourself, “I am feeling fear / doubt / hate because I choose to believe I need to, because I choose to believe it serves me.” When fear peaks, it can be a sign of a major turning point. Likewise, when you feel something positive, tell yourself, “I feel overwhelming joy and love because I choose to believe I need to, because I choose to believe it serves me.”
If I have a negative belief that I refuse to change, it is because I believe I am afraid to change it. This means I have a negative belief that makes what I prefer seem scarier than what I dont prefer. So I must find out what this belief is all about because it is suppressing what I prefer. Once I untangle this belief, I will see that what I prefer is not scarier than what I dont prefer, so what I prefer can happen.
Choose the highest frequency if you wish. Each of you is creating your version of everyone else in your reality in order to interact with them. So if your boss is mean, treat them as if they are lovely and they will change.
Manifest endless rocket ride instead of roller coaster.
When you are really feeling broken you:
(A)cknowledge what you have, not what you dont have
(A)ppreciate what you have
(A)llow whatever needs to happen to happen.
Apply his manifestation formula: "ITS EASIER THAN YOU THINK" literally. If you find yourself thinking a lot, then you are not doing it right because it’s easier than your ability to think. One said, “When things got beyond bad, what helped me the most was just surrendering. This is such a subjective term and I don't know if you feel the same way I feel when I say surrender, but I just gave up trying to solve my own problems even gave up trying to feel good and again just acted on whatever even had the LITTLEST more excitement, like laying in bed, watching youtube, or going for a walk. REMEMBER THE MIRROR. Part of what the formula is supposed to do is AMPLIFY and BRING TO THE SURFACE your negative beliefs so that you have the opportunity to let them go. Trust me, no matter how self aware you believe you are, if you aren't living by this formula every second, you have unconscious beliefs/habits that you are unaware of that need to come to the surface. So when you start doing the formula or even if you have been and things start to seem like they are falling apart due to sickness/relationships ending/paranormal experiences/etc or you start to be pulled in directions you think are opposite from your excitement, just go with the flow and keep enacting the formula in the micro every second/minute asking yourself am I following my highest excitement with no expectations in this moment...yes? then okay, I'm on the right path. In Bashar's world and our world, when we are presented with a challenging situation, it is always an opportunity for us to put a positive meaning and get a positive effect. Ringing in ears can be the result of higher frequencies being translated auditorily for me- pick the thing that brings me the most excitement being true to my nature and flow the energy that's coming to me without any expectation.
Bashar’s manifestation formula: 1) act on passion, 2) do it as long as you can until you can do it no further, 3) no expectations of results, 4) stay in a positive state no matter what happens because you can get a benefit anyway, 5) examine your belief systems to understand why you believe or want what you want. Positive synchronicities then happen. Change your brain and body to look like the event already occurred by thought alone which creates new feelings. Your brain/body are no longer defined as a memory of the past but instead as the future. Then surrender it to the greater mind. When you are more energy and less matter, you can change your future. This is similar to Dispenza’s method of manifestation.
Going to zero point to fulfill my soul's contracts age regresses me. Tinnitus is sometimes the spiritual world trying to send me messages so embrace the frequency which is telling you to be true to your nature. It also happens when the egg which sits in my pineal gland gets impregnated.
Engage the unknown with excitement. If you feel fear, it means you are out of alignment with your higher purpose. Change your beliefs and you change your reality.

Take some deep breaths and start writing, known as automatic writing.

Voice in your head is often condemning while your soul is loving and compassionate. The answers often come some time after you have asked the question, perhaps when you're doing something enjoyable. You can help low frequency people by staying in high frequency. When you stop judging yourself, the reflection of judgement from others will no longer be prevalent in your experience.
Landon says to tell yourself, “I know who I am and I love myself and I accept myself and yes, I’m on a journey and yes, I’m always expanding and become more, and yes, I’m fully expressing all that I am each day and allowing. A shift then will occur in my perspective of something new and beyond an expansion of me, then I begin to experience it, and then it becomes my truth, and I will feel the power of saying I know who I am, and I feel the alignment in every cell of my body to those words, then I feel the particles of infinite creation responding to me.”
If you get out of the way of yourself and allow energy and light to guide the way, the easiest, most effortless, harmonious path will always be available to you. This sentiment is echoed throughout the other channelers. The dark night of the soul lasts as long as you do not love yourself. The counsel says when we take total responsibility that we are creating our life by how we react to things, how we view things which creates our reality, only then do we we become free. I am pure awareness, not body-mind. My job is to make sure I know this. My job is to do my passions. I am more effective discovering myself which indirectly helps others. I am no victim. To connect with higher source: BLESS ME: Breathe, Lift frequency (think of empowering thought, visualizations/affirmations), Expand (breathe out seeing my circle go way out, limitless), Surrender+Shift (say 'I surrender more than ever before': leave your story, your feelings, your ego, your body. Allow yourself to be guided. Fear is ego-based. I know I am light and love so I dont need to protect myself from evil. Say 'shift'. Roll eyes upward to create alpha waves. Merge greater consciousness back into body (say 'merging now', 'give me a physical sign higher source is with me') so you become aware of answers through you, then Experience it asking, 'What am I going to sense now?'
When you feel bad about anything: NO FAULT: Notice behavior, Observe by shifting beyond your story 'I was an idiot' in non-judgemental way, Feel what you're feeling (anger?), Acknowledge (I have a right to feel that way or I was over the top), Uncover whats beneath it (ask for guidance, uncover it or it will keep triggering you, most memories are prior to age 7, then your bad behavior stops), Love yourself anyway ('it's okay’), Talk to yourself lovingly (or use tapping to clear charges).
Instead of "wow this is great", just be grateful. And if success comes too fast, ego could get in the way and blind you.

Ho’oponopono says everything we see in our reality is our own doing. So anytime anything 'bad' happens to me or to age reverse from stress, say I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you to myself. This works for anything I view as negative so can be done while I'm reviewing emails/files about anyone disturbing to me. This allows the bad data to be erased and forgotten so I start fresh. Then this inspiration and clarity comes through because there is no data. The mind is back to zero memory. You are out of your way.
This is how Dr. Hew Len cured the criminally insane. He didn’t see each patient in person but instead quietly reviewed their files while telling himself, “I’m sorry, I love you.” Eventually, they had to close down the facility because everyone was cured.

UNITY PRINCIPLE: When you see someone drunk or loud or homeless or fighting, say to yourself, “There I go again” and tell yourself “I’m sorry, please forgive me.” RADICAL FORGIVENESS protocol (get into relaxed alpha state): Forgive all bad actors in your life. This releases all resentments as discussed above by David Bayer so you discard your limiting beliefs. You are then free to manifest as long as you practice non-resistance.

Spend 3 min a day asking higher source what do I need to know, what's holding me back? If there are any unemployed angels, please help. What sign will you show me? You will catch yourself during the day when you do something less than good, so you improve yourself iteratively this way.
Call on your guardian angels. Please help me realize my goals. Why is this challenge in my life? What am I to learn? Why does that person or situation upset me? The person may have a soul contract. It is there to teach me something. Why am I scared of rejection if I am my own authentic self? Whoever rejects me is their issue because i dont reject myself.

See your challenge then meditate on it. The higher self knows more than you so stop thinking about it. Empty your mind to get into flow state. Become nothing/become the breath/become the process and allow the magic to unfold. Just get out of your way. When I stop thinking, I channel exactly what needs to be said. When I stop trying to make things happen, things start happening to me. You will dance through life with limitless energy. Your telomeres will lengthen so you will age regress. You will also have a new personality. I love myself so I know I’m good for others so no more fear, only love. What you pay attention to expands no matter what, whether good or bad, so pay no attention to negatives while being in a state of deep gratitude for things you have and will be experiencing.
Everything is a habit, I have a morning routine and an evening routine where my spiritual practices are a core part of.
I am daily making sure my life is more and more becoming a meditation. I stay in flow so that I can remain in a state of allowing, surrender and acceptance of how life unfolds. Remember, circumstances do not matter, only state of being matters.
I have mastered the breath, and it takes only 60 minutes a few times a day where I do one breath and I am gone. When I get back I am more magnetic and in a state of deep present moment where you are letting go and allow anything to happen in your life, only high vibrational things can happen.
If anything drops my energy, vibration, I will instantly remind myself to be an observer rather than the play on the screen. It’s all a dream and it’s all an illusion and this allows me to stay outside of the judgment bubble, anger, resentment, shame, guilt and victim mindset.
Meditation is not about manifesting but changing because when you change, so do your circumstances and reality- your higher purpose will give you what you want.

Woman dies and is shown how to have a good life. The mechanics of manifestation start from your gut and heart. Your desire is like a spark that runs through your nervous system.
